All ministries and auxiliaries of Greater Middle Baptist Church are of aware of their individual roles and functions. However, each ministry also works together with other GMBC organizations to realize the common goals of the Church.
For the good and harmony of the Church, ministry leaders and representatives meet quarterly to report on activities and financials of the group. The president, vice president, and secretary of each auxiliary are members of the Workers’ Council, but all GMBC members – including both Men and Women’s Ministries – are invited to participate in this group.
This cooperative service encourages information sharing, increases alignment, and fosters unity among GMBC leaders and the various auxiliaries of the Church.
