The Great Commission Scripture is found in St. Matthew 28:18-20, where Jesus instructs His disciples to “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the Name of The Father and of the Son and of The Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.” Jesus concludes the command by promising to be with them “Always, to the end of the age.”
At Greater Middle Baptist Church, we still apply the Great Commission to our outreach efforts, which is a key role of the Missionary Society.
The Missionary Society discovers talents and develops leaders through Bible study, evangelism, and outreach ministries.
Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 6 p.m.
